We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards with an additional 3D-Secure code. This SSL authentication procedure (secure encryption procedure) protects your credit card data during transmission.

For bank transfers, please state your order number and full name as the reason for payment. The ordered items will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 7 days). After receipt of your payment, the dispatch of your order will be arranged. If we have not received the amount after the stated deadline, the order will be cancelled.

PayPal
When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website at the end of the order process. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the FTC® online shop. Your PayPal account will be debited directly after you have completed your order. You can find more information about PayPal at www.paypal.com / PayPal Customer Service

  • Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice will be sent automatically by e-mail. Please check your spam folder in your email inbox. It happens that an e-mail gets lost there. If you cannot find the e-mail or have deleted it by mistake, please contact our customer service.

  • I cannot complete the order with the payment method "purchase on account"

In order to be able to offer this service, address and credit checks are carried out by the provider Klarna/PayPal. We ask for your understanding that we reserve the right to allow only certain payment methods depending on the result of this check.

Therefore, our customer service does not have the ability to change the payment methods offered. If you have also ordered with express shipping, you will have to pay these shipping costs when returning the goods.

  • I cannot complete the order with my credit card

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards with an additional 3D-Secure Code (SSL authentication procedure). If you do not have a credit card from one of the credit card providers mentioned or a 3D-Secure Code, it will not be possible to place an order online with FTC®.

  • I have received a payment reminder

We kindly ask you to make the payment immediately in case of an overdue invoice. All information such as bank details, due date and much more can be found on your invoice. If you no longer have the invoice, please contact the customer service.
