Here are answers to the most common questions we receive regarding orders.

HOW CAN I REGISTER?
You can register free of charge during the order process or in advance under the customer account icon (top right in the menu bar). Enter your personal data under "I am new here" and confirm the registration with "Create an account".
Please make sure that you have selected the correct shipping country. If you have a German shipping address, for example, then you must select the German online store. If you have accidentally registered in the wrong online store country, you will have technical problems placing an Order latest at the Check-Out. If you have created a customer account in the wrong store country, please contact our customer service so that the registration can be deleted and you can create it newly and correctly.
I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY CUSTOMER DATA
You can update your personal data such as contact information, billing and shipping address and much more online in your customer account at any time and directly.
HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO OR UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE FTC® NEWSLETTER?
You can register online at any time under "Newsletter" to be informed in future about trends, new products and many other exclusive promotions in our online store. You will find the newsletter registration online in the so-called footer or here. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link in the newsletter, by e-mail or by calling our customer service.
I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD OR WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD
To have your password reset, go to "My Account" as usual and click on "Login". Below the input fields where you normally enter your login data, you will find the field "Forgotten password".
I WOULD LIKE TO DELETE MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
If you wish to permanently delete your FTC® customer account, please contact our customer service directly and in writing.
Note: For identification purposes, please provide us with your full name and address as well as your registered email address.
