Order

  • How do I place an order?

  1. Select the country in the online shop that corresponds to your delivery address: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, France, Poland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland

  2. Select your billing address may differ from the permitted delivery address. Please note that the Swiss Online Shop can only serve delivery addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein and no cross-border deliveries of goods can be made, as we have a separate warehouse for Switzerland.

  3. When you have found an item and are in the product view, then select the desired size using the click function and press the button "add to shopping cart". If you click on the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner, a pop-up window appears with the selected item, where you can then choose between "continue to shopping basket" or "continue to checkout". To complete the ordering process, please click on "continue to checkout".

  4. If you are already registered, your data such as billing and delivery address will appear automatically. Otherwise, you now have the option of opening a customer account or continuing the order as a guest.

  5. You can add a new or different address under your registered shipping address using "New address" in the check-out point "Shipping". Then select one of the two shipping options: standard or express shipping. Customers within the EU can also choose between the shipping companies UPS or DHL. Customers in Switzerland are delivered by Swiss Post.

  6. At the check-out point "Payment", select one of the available payment methods. As a registered customer, you can also change or update the billing address by clicking on "Same address for order and shipping". For the billing address, select "New address" from the drop-down list and add the new data.

  7. If you would like to redeem a discount code or voucher code, you can enter the code in the corresponding empty field above the total amount and activate it using the "Apply discount" or "Add" button.

  8. In the last order step, you can check the order to ensure that the details are correct. Before you can place your order, you must confirm the obligatory points of the General Terms and Conditions, Data Protection and Cancellation Terms. Before you "place the order" you can optionally register for our newsletter.

    Please note that subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible for technical reasons. As soon as you have successfully completed your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. As a registered customer, you can view the current status of your order at any time under Customer Account.

 

  • Can I order as a guest?

You can also place the order without a customer account and decide right at the beginning of the check-out process whether you would like to continue the order as a guest or whether you would like to register a customer account. Please note that a subsequent registration (after an order has already been placed) will not display a guest order in the customer account.

 

  • Can I order by phone or e-mail?

Ordering by phone or e-mail is not possible for various reasons. You can only order via the FTC® online shop.

 

  • Can I change my order?

In a hurry, it can happen that the wrong size or colour is ordered by mistake. Therefore, please always check all information on the order confirmation. Subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible for technical reasons. If an error has occurred, please contact the FTC® team directly so that further action can be discussed.

 

  • I would like to cancel my order

We draw your attention to the cancellation terms.

 

  • The desired size or colour of an item is currently no longer available. What should I do?

We are so sorry! In the product view you have the option to enter your e-mail address and to be notified automatically as soon as the desired item is available again.

 

  • I have not received an order confirmation

 As soon as we have received your order, you will automatically be notified by e-mail. You have not received an order confirmation? This could be due to the following reasons:

  • The order confirmation has landed in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder.
  • You have entered a different email address by mistake. Please check your other email inboxes.
  • You have entered a wrong email address by mistake. Please contact and ask our Customer Service for a copy.
  • If you placed the order as a registered customer, please check your customer account to see if the order is visible there and what the status of the order is.

 

  • You still can't find your order confirmation?

Perhaps you entered the wrong email address by mistake or the order was unfortunately not successful. Please contact our customer service
